Welcome to Studio Moncada. These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of our handcrafted sculptural candles, concrete vessels, and home objects made in Sofia, Bulgaria. By placing an order or browsing our site, you agree to these terms.

1. About Studio Moncada

Studio Moncada is a small-batch studio creating sculptural objects from concrete, soy wax, and natural materials. Each piece is poured, finished, and packed by hand. Slight variations in colour, texture, and form are part of the character of handmade work — not defects.

2. Orders & availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or there is a pricing error). If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Many pieces are made to order or produced in small batches. Production and dispatch typically take 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. We accept payment through the secure methods offered at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

4. Shipping & delivery

We ship from Sofia, Bulgaria. Delivery times depend on your destination and the carrier selected at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel is handed to the courier. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.

5. Returns & exchanges

Because many items are handmade and made to order, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. If your order arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will work with you on a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Custom or personalised orders are generally non-refundable unless faulty.

6. Product care & safety

Candles must be used on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts, and never left unattended. Trim the wick before each burn. Concrete vessels are decorative and functional when used as intended — avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged soaking unless care instructions state otherwise.

7. Intellectual property

All photography, designs, branding, and written content on this website belong to Studio Moncada and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Moncada is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site at the time you browse or order.
