Our sculptural candles are typically made with natural soy wax and cotton wicks, poured into concrete or ceramic vessels designed in-house. Ingredients and burn times are noted on individual product pages. Always follow the care label and never leave a burning candle unattended.

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and prolonged soaking unless the product page says the vessel is sealed for water use. Concrete develops a natural patina over time — this is expected and part of the material's character.

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days with photos. Because many pieces are handmade and made to order, we review returns individually. Custom orders are generally non-refundable unless faulty.

Each item is poured and finished by hand in Sofia. Small variations in colour, texture, air bubbles, and form are normal for concrete and small-batch candle work — your piece is uniquely yours.
